Why Ironpeak Roofing
Three things on every job
Built for the hurricane zone
Every product on your roof carries an approval for Miami-Dade's High Velocity Hurricane Zone, and the approvals are attached to the permit before work starts.
One price, in writing
The written price lists the tear-off, the decking, the underlayment, the covering and the permit on separate lines. The final bill matches it unless you approve a change.
Photos you can forward
Dated photos of the problem, the work and the finished roof, sent the same day. Clear enough for your insurer, your HOA or a landlord who lives out of town.

Insurance claims
The paperwork, done right
Your insurer decides the claim. What we bring is the record: clear, dated and complete, so nothing on your roof gets missed. If you want us there when the adjuster visits, we walk the roof with them.
Photos with a date on every one
Each slope, each broken or lifted piece and the flashing, shot the day we inspect and sent to you the same day.
A written damage report
What we found, where it is on the roof and what it means for the next storm, in plain words you can forward.
A price your insurer can check
The repair or the re-roof split into lines: tear-off, decking, underlayment, covering, flashing, permit.
What we never do: read your policy for you, negotiate or settle the claim, or waive, rebate or cover your deductible.
After the storm, check the roof
Wind damage hides. A cracked tile or a lifted seam can stay dry for weeks and then let go in the next heavy rain. A free look while it is fresh keeps your options open.
- Tile or shingle pieces in the yard
- Lifted, torn or bubbled seams on a flat roof
- Bent flashing, vents or gutters
- Water standing on the roof a day later
- A new stain on a ceiling or a wall

5 out of 5 stars
Our flat roof held water for two days after every rain. They found the low spot, rebuilt the slope to the drain and now it's dry an hour after a storm.
Yesenia R., HialeahOctober 2026. Sample review 5 out of 5 stars
Price on paper the day after the inspection, and the final invoice matched it to the dollar. The permit card was on the window before anyone climbed a ladder.
Carlos M., MiamiOctober 2026. Sample review 5 out of 5 stars
They knew the city would want to see the tile color before the permit, and had the samples ready. No back and forth with the building department.
Andrea V., Coral GablesSeptember 2026. Sample review 5 out of 5 stars
After the storm they sent me thirty-odd photos of my roof with notes on each one. I didn't have to climb up there or guess.
Luis G., HialeahSeptember 2026. Sample review 4 out of 5 stars
Solid work on our tile repair. They had to come back once to match a few tiles from a different batch, but they told us that up front.
Monique P., MiamiSeptember 2026. Sample review 5 out of 5 stars
They stood on the roof with our adjuster and showed him the cracked tiles they had photographed. They stayed out of the money talk, which is how it should be.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Short, honest answers. Anything else, ask on the roof during the free inspection.
What is the High Velocity Hurricane Zone?
It's the part of the Florida Building Code that covers Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Roofs here have to use products approved for that zone and follow stricter rules for how they're fastened, so a re-roof in Miami costs more and takes more inspections than the same roof further north.
Do you repair flat roofs?
Yes. Flat and low-slope roofs are everywhere in Miami and Hialeah, on block homes, additions, carports and duplexes. We fix seams, flashing at parapet walls and the low spots where water sits, and we replace them when a repair won't last.
Can you match my old roof tiles?
Usually, or close to it. Barrel and flat tile come in a lot of profiles and colors, and older ones go out of production. We check before we quote and show you the match, so there are no surprises on the roof.
Will you handle my insurance claim?
No. A roofer in Florida can't interpret your policy or negotiate your claim, and we won't offer to cover a deductible. We give you dated photos, a written report and a line-by-line price, and you take it to your insurer.
How long does a tile re-roof take?
Most homes take one to two weeks on the roof, longer if rain stops work or a city inspection has to be rebooked. The permit itself can take a few weeks before that, and we tell you where it stands as it moves.
